Archery is a sport that nearly everyone can pursue, despite the disability they experience. Archery enhances focus and attention, as well as physical and mental health. Participants will enjoy shooting balloons along with other fun target games, while learning the basic steps to shooting a compound or recurve bow. Program Goals -Understand range rules and safety -Proper shooting form -Basic understanding of archery equipment.
