The Easter Seals Massachusetts Accessible Martial Arts Program is for people with and without disabilities who want to learn and practice self-defense, stretching,exercise, and relaxation techniques.
Classes take place monthly at the Non-Profit Center 89 South St, Boston, Ma 02111 and will run for an hour.
You must pre register before attending. Registration is on a first come first serve basis, if you have been selected to join the class you will receive notice via email or phone. If the session is full you may be placed on a wait list and notified if a spot opens up.
