Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced while sitting in a chair; the chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of the body. This class is designed for manual and power wheelchair users as well as non-wheelchair users who have difficulty performing standing yoga.
Pre-registration is required.
Cost: $5 per class
