This program is geared for the young ladies ages 13-19 out there who need some girl time! During this one-hour program, participants will focus on issues causing stress in their lives such as managing school and responsibilities, peer pressure, friendships, relationships, family, social media, and independence. After group discussions on these topics and more the girls will be able to use varying art forms to express their thoughts and emotions. This program allows for a safe environment for girls to talk with their peers, express their feelings and emotions, as well as learn new avenues to express themselves.
