Not everyone has the knowledge, equipment, or ability to get out into nature and on the trails. Our event brings people together for one cause- to get people outside, no matter what ability level. Our Knobby Tire Ride and Roll is open to all abilities, with group rides for the beginner, adaptive equipment and instruction for those with physical limitations, and marked trails for the experienced rider. Come on out for music, raffles, food, and rides, all for a great cause. All proceeds go to benefit individuals with spinal cord injuries through Empower Spinal Cord Injury, Inc.

*Biking, Barbeque, and a Great Raffle- what’s not to love? All while raising awareness about adaptive cycling and raising funds for individuals with spinal cord injuries – a match made in heaven!
*Excited to get back out on the trails, but need a little adaptation to make it happen? Come to the Knobby Tire Ride, try adaptive equipment from Bike-On, GRIT, and Northeast Passage, ride with our Empower Crew and let us help you get back on the trails!
*Interested in learning more about mountain biking? Join us for a clinic put on by Karen Eagan of Ride Like a Girl, which is free to all attendees!

*Fee: $20 Biking only-All Ability Levels; $35 Includes meal and a shirt
