Music is our language! This music therapy group provides an opportunity for non-verbal youth who have physical disabilities to participate in a supportive and therapeutic group activity. Group members will be encouraged to communicate and participate using multi-sensory systems that work best for them, including switches, eye gaze and touch. Goals for this group will include choice making, supported instrument play, vocal responses to music, and increased awareness of self and others. Please bring any adaptive communication devices your teen uses so they can be incorporated into the music making! Group led by Kristina Barbo, MT-BC. Parent/caregiver attendance is required; this is not a drop off program.

$150 / 6 week session
