Learn basic sailing skills with our experienced Sail To Prevail instructor! Our adapted 20-foot Catalina sailboat launches from slip 1410 twice a week, three times a day for a two-hour sail: 9:00-11:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Family members are welcome, too, if space is available. (Maximum 5 people, plus the instructor, aboard.) Sometimes more than one participant with their family member are scheduled to sail together – it’s a great way to make friends! You may register for one time, or once or twice a week, or maybe you are in Nantucket for a 1-week vacation and you could sail every day – whatever fits your schedule. The program operates from July 8 to August 2. Due to the generosity of Nantucket Boat Basin and the charitable donors of Nantucket, there is NO CHARGE for this amazing sailing experience.
