Ultimate Access is an adaptive approach to disc sports! The program for ages 8-14 will focus mainly on Ultimate Frisbee by breaking down the sport specific skills needed to play through drills and scrimmages. There will also be a small introduction to the sport of Disc Golf! Through this program participants will further develop gross and fine motor skills, develop social connections, help develop psycho-social skills, and learn a new sport!
