It’s time to warm up your muscles and voices for Music and Movement at New England Yachad!
This course will combine many types of music and movement classes for all to enjoy.
Find your rhythm, work up a sweat, discover your inner yogi, and much more!
This inclusive program is open to adults (35+) with disabilities and their friends.
Healthy kosher snacks and drinks will be provided.
