Accessible Playgrounds
Help ARNE and NPR build this list of accessible playgrounds in Massachusetts! If you know of a great place for all kids to play, let ARB know. We’re kind of kids at heart, so don’t be surprised if you find us checking out the swings and slides…

Did you know that Massachusetts state parks have great accessible resources for getting outside all year long?
DCR Park Interpreters invite visitors of all abilities to a variety of programs and events scheduled seasonally around the state. Recorded brochures, walks, and tours are available at some parks. Beach wheelchairs and ice sleds are available at many state beaches and rinks, free of charge.
For further information, to request information in alternative formats, or to find out how you can request accommodations or interpretation at DCR programs please contact the Universal Access Program office at DCR.UniversalAccess@mass.gov or (413) 545-5760.
